Instead of a basic routine for the abs that we see often with crunches, leg statements, statements of knees, etc. ... I like to give my readers better options to boost their metabolism with intense training in using the whole body and stimulate the abs at the same time ... which can build strong abs and good tonic, but also create a much better fat burning during a training session for basic abs.
I'll show you an example today of one of my "training for abs" favorites that includes no exercise of «abs» directly. This training is in the form of a tri-set (ie similar to a super-set but alternating between 3 exercises).
Here is what it is:

A good way to use this routine is to do 3-4 sets of 8 repetitions for each exercise, or more sets and fewer repetitions, such as 5 sets of 5 repetitions for each exercise. The mountain climb can be done over a period of time (30 seconds) instead of repetition.

Renegade Rows with Dumbbells: This movement starts in a position of "pumps" with hands on two dumbbells. Pull yourself a dumbbell while stabilizing your body with the other arm. Bring the dumbbell to the ground and rotate the arms prints by stabilizing with the opposite arm. The fact stabilize during the prints can be an incredible work on the middle part of the body. After finishing each exercise, rest 30 seconds before starting the following year. Rest about 1-2 minutes after completing each "tri-set" and then resume again.
This will give you one of the best sessions of abs that you'll never do without having performed a direct specific abs. You'll see what I mean when you try it!

1. Is it a program to take muscle or lose weight?
The advice in this program may be applied for fat loss or muscle building, making minor changes to your routine or your diet.
